Governor Andrew Cuomo and Mayor Bill de Blasio recently announced their congestion pricing scheme for New York City, otherwise known as a commuter tax, in an effort to raise funds to fix our crippling transit system. Instead of presenting a clear, transparent, and concise plan on how exactly they will reduce waste at the beleaguered Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Governor Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio have opted to take more of your hard earned money to cover up their failed leadership.
